Shipping

We offer flat rate $8 shipping, and free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days from Poth, Texas. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup is available at our storefront. You'll receive a notification with your order is ready for pickup.

Returns

Returns must be requested and postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: Clearance or sale items discounted over 30%, holiday items, bath & beauty products, fragrance products, food items, frinkware, leggings, bodysuits, fashion jewelry, fashion sunglasses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We offer Redo as an optional return protection add-on at checkout.

With Redo: Access a prepaid return label directly through the link on our websiteCost: $1.98

Without Redo: Customers are responsible for purchasing and shipping their return label

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on eligible items within the return window.

Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Southern Soule Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
