If anything is incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival. Please let us know right away (please check your items within 7 days of receipt) by emailing us at southernsouleorders@gmail.com or use the contact form here on our website!

Disclaimer: We diffuse a custom scent in our store throughout the building. Clothing is likely to absorb the smell and come to you smelling like our signature scent. When checking the box and agreeing to the "Return Policy" you acknowledge that you are aware of this and will not be able to request a refund due to the fragrance. 

Returns:

  • Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 30 days from your date of purchase.
  • Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: Clearance/Sale Items discounted over 30%, Holiday Items, Bath & Beauty Products, Fragrancy Products, Food, Drinkware, Leggings, Bodysuits, Fashion Jewelry and Fashion Sunglasses. 
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
